Welcome to the Holidays at MPS!

Hello again, or welcome for our new community members! The days are passing quickly as we move towards the holiday season. A reminder that Mountain Pathways will be closed November 24th-28th to give everybody the chance to give thanks and indulgence to the football gods. Also something about family time, I can't really remember that part...

Also, please make note in your calenders that the day for Winter Fest has changed. We have postponed the event from the beginning of December to THURSDAY JANUARY 20th and 6:00. The location still to be decided. Stay tuned.

Classroom News

News from the 3-6:

"Sara, Elizabeth and Beth welcome two new families to our classroom. Noah Bayler and his family come to us from the continent of Africa and Anna Rundell and her family have traveled to us from the continent of Europe! Noah enjoys looking at animal books, working puzzles and painting at the easel. Anna enjoys pouring work in the practical life area, painting at the easel and stringing necklaces. Help us welcome them to our community at Mountain Pathways!

We encourage families to be on the lookout for parent education articles from time to time. We offer these as informative suggestions which compliment the processes we use and encourage in our classroom. Please feel free to contact us about other information you would find of interest for your family. We know we work with you in this important time in your child's life.

For those of you who are thinking of holiday gifts for teachers, please know that we have a catalog of Montessori materials marked with items we would love for the classroom! Come by and check out our wish list.

Wishing you all a safe and happy Thanksgiving holiday.
Sara, Elizabeth and Beth"

Seasonal Fundraisers

This year our PTO has decided to participate in various little fundraisers. I'll be sending out information for a few different websites/catalogs that our parents have found great shopping items from. These business' make it easy for a percentage of your purchase to go back to Mountain Pathways. If you are going to shop online or through a catalog this season, why not have some of your money go towards your child's school?
